I was amazed watching that the first time by the emotional arc contained within that interaction, they start off on a confrontational note. But over the course of just being in each other's company through conversation, their resentment's melt away,. They find love, they find compassion, empathy along the way. Did you find that you had kind of a lot of beats mapped out who would talk to who when and then as you kind of got deeper into draft after draft, that was when those dynamics came out? I think one of the reasons that I'm really attracted to dramatic writing as opposed to like writing a novel or writing poetry is I love collaborating with people.
