Guidelines for Colon Cancer Screening

The two modalities have never been compared head-to-head in what we consider a randomized clinical trial. There are two trials ongoing, and one of them is actually in the US. We're looking to see if colonoscopy reduces it more than FIT screening. In about five years, we'll hopefully have some results of which test is best.
