Joshua made war a long time with all those kings. There was not a city that made peace with the sons of Israel except the Hivites, the inhabitants of Gibeon. Joshua utterly destroyed them with their cities. We know that what you have revealed is you desire justice, you desire peace. You are God of peace. In fact, you've revealed to us fully that yourself revealed fully in the revelation of Jesus is that he is the prince of peace. And yet when we hear so many stories of war and of battle and of violence, it can cause us to questions.
