What's the Difference Between the Peasantry and the Nobility?

In feudalism, the ruling class is who owns everything and they kind of just give others permission to live there. Cori: I feel like you see all the time people talking about how we are headed back to feudalism or like feudalism 2.0 here we come. And so I'm curious what are what do you see as being sort of the differences between what feudalism actually was and the situation that we find ourselves trending towards? Would you call it feudalism or would you say it's not quite the same?
