I remember that it was a real contrast to go from being alone in a room, working on a book. You're getting no little hearts on Instagram, you're getting none of that. To go from that to like dozens and dozens of emails a day with titles like New York Times Interviews scheduled for Wednesday or whatever. And to have a sense that there's this whole team of people out there doing things that I didn't, I'd never even heard of.
