Is Progressive Policy Really the Cause of the Problem?
Theory is based on a number of fallacies, genetic fallacy. And it's further based upon a an over simp stic and motivated reading of all of history. It doesn't account for the alternative explanation that instead of white's benefiting, some benefited at the expense of others. So something's wrong in the theory, because it was the failure of progressive policy that actually created the problem.
