Barry O'Farrell is the new Minister of Customer Service and Digital. He says he didn't expect to be in state politics when he first got into it. The former attorney-general has held a number of different roles before this one, including Multiculturalism and Communities as well as Aboriginal Affairs. But his passion for digital technology led him to become an expert on data use at state level. 'If we do it right, we can make sure we put individuals front and centre of the universal and government and drive really deep outcomes,' Mr O'Farlane says.
