i was so passionate about doing everything i could to make sure that parents are building a solid foundation from the earliest ages, and then support them in building upon that throughout their parenting journey. Setting up positive discipline exchanges and relationship patterns early on is a major part of this foundation,. But i realize that i don't feel like i've really brought my full expertise, my full self as a parent into this work, or my fullself as a therapist in the work i did there.
