The Cold River Campaign?

A story about Russian hackers targeting U.S. nuclear research laboratories was sent over to CNN's John Sutter. He says there is at least one group that's out there working on behalf of the Russian government or are affiliated with them in some way. Cold River seems like the name that has been coined for this group, and it also seems that they were involved in the hack and leak of an MI6 guy.
