Altria Is Moving Beyond Smoking

The former president has been cheering Republicans to actually embrace a nationwide default if they can't get everything they want in these debt ceiling talks. This tentative deal that we're looking at this morning looks nothing like the GOP's opening offer. If these details don't change, Republicans will have allowed Democrats to essentially keep non-defense discretionary spending the same for two years.
