The SEC's Lax Enforcement of Bitcoin Spot ETFs

It seems odd that we have physical spot Bitcoin ETFs in other countries, but not in America. And then even from a US perspective, let's say Kraken or Cash App, even, there are other big US exchanges and brokers who maybe there's nothing to be said about them either. I think what the SEC is trying to lay down the groundwork for is until there is a market for these things that we understand and we know and we're comfortable with... But if we don't apply the rigorous standard of a heightened market, then anyone who launches a token that has some liquidity at all could probably get it through first body to have. Yeah.
