Many organizations unintentionally exclude many of their employees especially folks who do not have advanced education by only having a tuition reimbursement option. i was amazed at how just a little bit of time that we'd spend would help someone to begin to take the class sometimes take a college class for the first time and then once they figured out the system they would be in really good shape going forward if continuing classes. If you're an organization that really has a heart for wanting people to actually utilize the tuition reimbursement benefits the organization has i think it's worth looking at this it helps you to be much more inclusive of the entire population of employees.
