Ctv2

The repository started in mid 2021 or late 2020 and almost all the code contributions happen since July so just like three months ago. I kind of wish that he had focused more on the features to disaggregate the features of CTV2 and focus on the individual. He does have a proposal for static exceptions and there is a meta-closses proposal although these are again like five years ago which is when he started this this grand vision. But people don't want the whole tableau they just want the thinker so you know Herb just like he was the thinker and the wholetableau is much divided by into you care about who it's from.
