i've heard you say, and has come out in some interviews, especially when it comes to how your building relationships with players. And that is, you've got to build equity with a guy. When i first got into coaching, the xis a os and situationa basketball and side bounds, base line, out of bounds, like, i was like, and, you know, i got to learn that stuff. But the one way i knew that i could,. you know, build ecoed equity with players was on the floor and en playing with emd and being there for them late in the evening when they needed to get shyts or early in the morning.
