The Rumsfeld Quadrant of False Knowledge
The Rumsfeld quadrant of known-knowns, unknown, unknowns, known-unknowns. I think there's also this category of false-knowns,. things that we think that we know, but actually we don't. And so I wonder, how that fits in, just in terms of this kind of quadrant model and any kind of extensions or corollaries to that, to how we think about risk and knowing and not knowing.
