How Do You Remove the Frozen Lemons?
When we had our first, I showed up in our front of the house one day and there was this big green bag with two frozen lemons. You don't even want lemons to be frozen unless maybe you're making margaritas or something like that. That's probably 10 people that touched the order. And they followed the rule book. But none of them were empowered to raise their hand and say, this is silly. So that moment became a lesson for how do you remove the frozen lemons?
