Professor Currr, let me ask one question of each side and then open it up for a discussion. So under your view, you would have the court adopt some kind of ordinary, common meaning of search. Would that really broadly expand the scope of the forth amendment by having a more broad and capacious view of search? Tha, that cats has the gifts on judicial esprecsion there? Yes, i think it. I don't think thit necessarily means that more cases would turn out remarkably differently.
