The Bakerloo Line on a Sunday Afternoon?

We probably have the strictest strike laws in Europe. We don't have a right to strike. What we have instead is an immunity for trade unions, provided a number of hurdles are gone through. The bill just lacks that sort of detail about how this will actually work. All we're told is that there's got to be minimum service levels, but we don't even know how minimum those minimum might be. They could actually be set at quite a high level. And of course, there is a really practical problem. How much do ministers know in reality civil servants about how the Bakerloo line operates on a Sunday afternoon?
