How Do We Predict Loans?
This podcast will be mostly talk about the user data in, you know, in the justice system. We have loans which determine whether people can get a house or start a company and get a car. You have health care. There's tons and tons of algorithms that are used in health care that doctors use every day. And now they're trying to use very complicated algorithms in medical imaging. Some of this have been problematic where they've been approved by the FDA and then they launched the algorithm into the real world and lo and behold, it doesn't work. Nobody knows why because it's a black box.
