How to Say Yes or No to an Acquisition

After we buy a business, they have come under our wing. I have a whole finance CFO organization that we bring in and that we support these companies with. We can't really have a vision to have no in terms of metrics or in terms of what you're looking for. This person is able to take some chips off the table, but still continue to grow and see their brand and their business grow. The thing that is the best case scenario for me is the founder of a company is still excited about it. They might be concerned about taking on more financial risk because we're so much bigger.
