The Incentives in the Banking Sector Are Already There
The money will move from low tier to top tier deposits in sort of the banking ranking system if you know what I mean meaning that almost no matter what here it seems feasible to expect a deposit flow from smaller banks to larger banks whether it's indirect or direct. What worries me instead of the large banking scale is the exposure to leverage the real estate products which was not the reason why Silicon Valley bank went down although their mortgage back security portfolio took a massive hit.
