Introduction

This week we're re-broadcasting an episode I hosted with my friend, Environmental Journalist Mara Budgeon. The original was recorded in December around the same time the UN BioDiversity Conference was taking place in Montreal. A major success of that conference was the agreement of 195 countries to a so-called 30 by 30 target of conserving 30% of land for biodiversity use by 2030.
