Coaching Is a Tough Thing to Be Doing

I look back on a while ago and just go, God Almighty, how did we all get away with it? 100%. Like I said, it's a tough little conversation. The parents, if they even got a clue what the right questions are to ask, you're going to get away with everything you can. And at some point, every coach has to just be honest with themselves, I just got away with that. Being vulnerable is being in a position where you say: 'You know, actually, I don't have the answer to this question but let us see where this takes us'
