Facebook's Response to Internal Criticism

facebook is in the midst of a year's long drought of capable engineers and other technical employees. They are having a lot of trouble hiring all the people that they need for all the things they're trying to do. If they were to actually do anything about the actual meet of the concerns, it would reduce profitability and, in some cases, destroy facebook as it currently exists.
