The Relevant Natural Kind Is Eligible for Soulhood
If you're building up from scratch a human and it does receive a soul, and it's not an artifact I think maybe some more say it's notan artifact because you're like tapping into the natural kind person. And maybe just by accident or whatever you're making you're making an isomorph of a human but you don't know at what point that happens. So there's certainly an epistemic possibility that the natural kind that makes something eligible for soulhood is for for for insolment is narrower than that which includes the AI. But I guess it just seems to me that there's no very strong reason to think that whatever kindhood requirements throughout play here would exclude a functionally human like
