The Impact of Mixing on Productivity in High Dependency Tasks
Hindus start off with a lower prior about moslem temmates, about their effort, or how hard working they are, whereas moslems do not make this distinction. In low dependency tasks there is no improvement in productivity either over time. This really suggests that this distension between the goals of maximising productivity versus improving into group relation may be at play.
