A lot of leaders will just fire that dude who's getting too egotistical and too cocky or they'll fire that guy who just can't make a decision. And the truth is that's your failure as a leader to see where they can develop. If you do right by people, good shit happens to you. The average of shit is that if you do the right thing and you treat people good and you help them develop, they 99% of the time are going to pay you back goodwill.
