Are We Going to Move Ahead With a Model Law?

Ministers have accepted that. It's up to the jurisdictions now working tatthe details of that. The model legislation can be useful in some regards, because it does give us some commonality. But then we often lose that commonality in the regs that sit in ah state and jurisdiction. And so am, without wanting to confuse people or myself too much, happy to share the links to the detail.
