I'd MuchRather Just Give Hem a Territories, and Not Give Him a Veto Power
I no longer think we could have fudged the issue at all, but i think there's a good chance you could have gotten away without getting him anything. But if i wer zolitsky, i'd much rather just give hem a territory and not give them a veto power. I mean, they don't think that politicians get punished for giving away territory. There's all kinds of situations where the country'd be better off just giving the territory.
