I think it's really funny because so much of our patterning really tells us what's normal. I remember the first time I had a fight with my husband and he was like, why are you yelling? And I was like, I'm not yelling. I'm not even mad. Because it's just taking that break. It's justtaking that break. That's when I'll say I just need a minute and then I'll give myself that time to do that. So I definitely now have a certain marker where I can usually catch it with it when I start to get to that point"
