It seems to me, at least the way I first initially understood framing, that it might also mean frame I use to decide how I'm going to interpret what comes into my field of view. And so trying to think of an example of that. Well, a lot of this show is about what happens when you frame employees differently instead of as an input to production as a customer who's buying a product, which is work. We are not conscious. There's an enormous value to becoming conscious of the frames we use to interpret the meaning of the information that we get.
