We had a weighted score card, and it included multildifferent aspects. And that was a constant tuning, because every once awhile, you will understand that one deficiency could crash the entire scoring. So let up competition with each other. Yes, i think that's very powerful ot to do that, cause everybody wants to get to the best department, the best score. Was it perfect? Absolutely not. But did it get us where we needed to do to start gain that cultural change.absolutely.
