How to Craft a Strategic Marketing Plan

Before you hire a marketing manager to effectively project manage, find a fractional marketer that is deeply strategic. Don't think about it as like, oh, we gotta hire this high-powered $300,000 a year CMO. You need somebody to come in and set some foundational guide who the company should hire. And so that's why having that foundation on an early stage before you go ahead with hiring someone might not be as skilled but brings a lot of value too.
