V. back everyone so we have been talking about negotiating workplace benefits if you can't get a pay rise so V what are some of the extra benefits Australian employers attend to offer to workers? There are lots and it's really going to depend on I guess the size and the nature of the business that you work for there are a few common ones that I've written down but they could include flexible work arrangements, health and wellness programs or company sponsored trips as examples. If your employer says no to a salary increase you could negotiate a bonus or an incentive which may be financial like a profit share scheme or non- monetary rewards such as employee assistance programs.
