The Force-Sizing Construct Keys Off of the 2018 National Defense Strategy

The force-planning construct is really trying to figure out how do we think about sizing and shaping the future force? And it is based on the 2018 National Defense Strategy as well. It is really focused on how do we focus more on a bigger challenge while ensuring that we've got the appropriate capabilities and posture to deal with other events that might pop up. But I would really understand this 2022-1 as much more in line with where 2018 had I think helpedfully moved us toward.
