The Importance of Community in Healing

I like that it provides depth and strength and experience. In other communities or, you know, local engagement in a physical or neighborhood sense how do you see them overlapping and how they can. I feel like there's this big demarcation between my life and my community it's like they're part of each other. And so naturally, the stuff of your life is where your transformational process is happening and where you're reaching out to community for support with as well. It also helps the work we're doing isn't just like you know how to ascend and become so sick of this word like five D shaman.
