Trust Signals in a New Relationship

Rachel Botsman is an expert on trust and the author of Who Do We Trust? She says that when we come into contact with someone, particularly if it's a total stranger, we are using what I call trust signals. These could be in how someone speaks or their appearance - but they can also tell us more about them by looking at other signs such as skin tone nor clothes.
