Christy: I'm very passionate about teaching people about smoke alarms and reminding them not to ignore these things. Pay attention like where are your shoulders? How do your shoulder blades feel? Like how is your body? Are you clenching your fists? These are indicators. They're smoke alarms that there are stress going on in your body that you're not paying attention.
