The Most Important Issue of the Election
Santilly: The voter is ratinally ignorant because there is a very high cost to assimilating information about as you mention the details of the candidate, the party fellation, so and so forth. So we use the loct cs d surveys to understand the voters decision making when they are held in a synchronized way or in a sequential way. And what we find is that synchronized election doubles the probability that the voter says, i don't know what is the main election issue.
