Ys: Prosecution kept some evidence out of the trial. A witness who says he saw a man leaving the home around 10 30 in the mo ning of april first yvonne was likely dead around ten 30 in the morning. The social worker for the child support actually recalled herself for the defence because she didn't like the way the prosecution portrayed her testimony. We have found out that van had relationships with the police department, allegedly having people in an officer's office and other canoworms. This line up one of the many brady violations.
