Is Your Insulin Into Your Muscle?

When you have a lot of muscle, it's a good thing that you're spiking insulin. It's not going into your fat. Your muscles are absorbing all those carbs and you're gaining muscle rather than putting on fat, right? So yeah, like I'm not going to eat like pancakes for breakfast. If I do eat pancakes, then I will eat it like for dinner and after like a workout. And then it's going to be, the nutrient partitioning is going to be most optimized at that point.
