There's an asset shortage, a liquid acid shortage, that has spilled over into things like real estate. A but where does this shortage come from? This shortage comes from because other assets are getting more risky so you're going to go into the safest, most liquid asset. In a safe and liquid, iliquid environment, those are the acets that are in demand. When we don't sos, we don't see is all the liquid acets that don't get markets any more.
