The Supreme Court Is a Captured Court, Not a Conservative Court
The public is beginning to come to understand that this is not a conservative court. The method of achieving it, we have to look at as akin to an intelligence community covert operation. Dark money in and around the court has got to be disclosed. These fake amici coming in as masks for other special interests who don't disclose themselves must end. Then you can move on to term limits, which I think are appropriate. And then ultimately, I think we need to reconsider whether for this day and age, nine is still the correct number for Supreme Court justices.
