The Song of the Last of My Tribe
We don't choose the circumstances that come, but we do get to choose the intention with which we meet them. I feel like we each have a song that were given, a kind of melody of the heart. And you know, sometimes there's a sadness in your song because you have suffered. But it's not necessarily bad that your song has sadness in it, ecause the earth suffers too. That song can have a tremendous depth of meaning and compassion if we understand it and bring in intention to use it in a beautiful way.
