The Liberal Law in Missouri

Jeff Singer: Missouri was the most liberal state with respect to its policies on this. Why have other states not adopted that model specifically? He says resistance from organized medical groups has persuaded legislators to put more restrictions on the bill. Singer: Some of the states where it's proposed by the legislature bringing it up for consideration happens to also be a physician and that helps.
