Dark Is a Very Good Programming Language

dark is a statically typed functional language. It is very similar to Elm, have some similarities to Rust,. Similar to Haskell, OCaml, F-sharp, Rescript. Has some types of mutable. And that's very much designed because you can understand Perm's a law fetter if they're mutable. So does dark come with any type safety? Like with the whole shift in code organization, where do I store a utils file? Is that me just like talk serverless functions talking back and forth to each other? Like, how's that all work?
