I think groups as a rule, like a heuristic make terrible decisions. I was trying to answer your question. How should teams make decisions? No, this is too important though, right? Because not everybody in when people agree with it, but they can't change it. And so there's no sort of like learning that happens from these.

My guest today is celebrated research psychologist Gary Klein who has spent nearly 50 years studying how and why people make the decisions they do.
