I Have a View Worth Hearing, but I Might Be Missing Something
If you have a mindset that says opposing ideas are the product of stupid or evil people, you'll be stuck having a relatively miserable life. Leaders can't be that vulnerable, which is again, a model, right? We're not talking about models. The best leaders I've ever worked with, of giant corporations in the public sector all have that kind of vulnerability. If you want to be successful in life, you should try to convince yourself to go forward with the view: "I might be missing something"
