When it feels like you're trying too hard to make something happen, you do have to question whether it's actually the right thing for you or what you want. So part of manifestation based on neuroplasticity is that, yeah, it's hard physical work to be literally growing new pathways in your brain and changing your behavior. But there also has to be a balance with, like I said, about practicality. Is this so much hard work that it's actually not worth me putting my brain power into? And I could be better served by building a neural pathway in my brain elsewhere.
