The Future of Mattel and Hollywood

There was an article in The New Yorker over the weekend about the future of Mattel and Hollywood. And Barbie is a hotly tipped adaptation of Mattel IP. Greta Gerwig's ambition is to be not the biggest woman director, but a big studio director. I don't see anything wrong with that. Big studio jobs generate more revenue and income.
